A bit worried now about Barclays, anyone have any experience?

I have an ISA investment account, my account says I need to send in some documents by the 26th January but it doesn't seem to say exactly what, I've emailed them about it, no reply yet.

Then I checked online for reviews and I found a whole host of negative reviews which started to worry me. Now back on the website I realised I am unable to withdraw my money anymore.

Anyone had similar experiences? Is it really such a bad broker?

I HATE Barclays... They charged me and admin fee for closing an ISA account, which is utterly unreasonable. I avoid them like the plague now.

everything barclays does is **** right down to their bank acs/credit cards
