Thanks for putting this together, "Making Money in Stocks" is next on my reading list.

I've just finished Stan Weinstein's "Secrets for Profiting in Bull and Bear Markets" and would also recommend it. He explains stage analysis and discusses a small number of indicators that can help you buy into a trend (or short sell an upcoming contraction).
