123 Formations

Hi all,

I've seen these formations mentioned here and there on this site and was wondering if any of you would be good enough to provide some links to useful threads or sites on the topic, also if you want to have a go at explaining it yourself that'd be fine too!!

This is useful as a starting point, need to sign up for the free law of charts, must point out though it is very basic, some people look on a 123 for a reversal and others as a continuation aka ABC, but if you are starting to look at price action to determine entry and exit you are on the right path.
