Good charting and reliable.

Have been using SC with My Broker for a few years and found them to be user friendly and reliable.

Great value

it's undeniably great value for money. with exhange rates factored in, it was less than £23 for six months.

there are a wide range of indicators, including all the popular ones.

however, you do need to find a data provider, unless your trading platform is compatible.

it is very functional and takes getting used to because there are not any user friendly toolbars with configurable buttons. everything works through a series of drop down menus and hotkeys.

it's very 'hardcore' and is more suited to those that want to trade than those who want good looking sofware.

I'm running SierraChart with a Silver plan datafeed from www.MyTrack.com

I’m very impressed with SierraChart. It is a great package for charting. I use it for real-time trading and although there is quite a bit of dud data that gets used, you can manually edit it out.

From what I’ve read about the new updates coming through, it makes you wonder what else can be added as I believe it is the complete technical analysis package. It’s also very cheap for the functions it has ($40 for 6 months). You also have to have a data feed and I pay £30 a month to Mytrack, which gives me live US stock and index prices as well as UK stocks delayed by 15 minutes.

Overall a great package.
