I trade /6E and /CL One thing I can say (for both products) is that the Frankfurt, London AM session up to 0830amET is many times much more easier to trade than when the pits open at 0820 and 0900amET respectively I can't say how many times I'm done before then Cheers -Bill

I've noticed a comment here and there about the setups (first, second, block break etc) and we/ you/ I should rely more on the concepts. I could not agree more - internalize the concept/ system/ setup etc. Own it make it your own, add to/ take away from. Something that I would like to add...

Obviously nothing is perfect but a lot of times 4am will reverse 3am est. Also it seems trends start at either 4am or 6am. Is this because of news is usually around those times? Could be because that would be 9am and 11am respectively on your side of the pond - as I'm sure you know London is the...
