yaaaaaaaaaaaawn. i really dont see what the problem is. so VS is basically saying trade breakouts (either to the upside or the downside) or possibly get in a bit earlier when price crosses the 200 day MA. apply a trailing stop loss to cut losses short and and let profits run. he even advocates...

Take the full contract S&P. In terms of the number of contracts traded in a day what is the % breakdown of participant action? hedgers, speculators, arbitrague etc. Any figures quoted anywhere from respectable publications? Would the % split be different for the smaller ES contract? Thanks.

Many thanks however I still need help. I need something "streaming" that is accurate to the SECOND. Something like RNS that we have here in the UK. Does anyone use ADVFN here and have experience the streaming news? That's what I want for the U.S. Marketwatch looked good but it's not...
