If non farms is seriously poor tomorrow i.e. below the expected range, and unemployment rate unexpectedly shoots up (it was last months jump from 4.7% to 5.0% that spooked everyone into recession fears) then it could get pretty ugly! Obviously you have to trade what you see, but any positions...

Unbelievable! i dont think anyone could have expected this - i was bearish for today like most peeps, but didnt think that the dax and dow would be off 500 points today! Is this classic panic selling - or is panic selling even worse than this. Just wanted to hear some other opinions as to what...

Yeah i think so - stopped out. now flat on the day! oh well looks like ill try again tomorrow unless something crazy happens in the close.

As a good friend of mine always says! "stops are for buses!" haha No seriously - i use the 5 min DMIs for entry and exit. stops are generally 20 ticks, i try to let the profits run, unless DMI cross to downside. Also if i average in, then i usually scale out of half at break even ASAP. Still...
