Has anyone managed to unsubscribe from all the junk email that Goldline keep sending. In the end I've had to set my browser to reject any email from them because they just ignore requests to unsubscribe.

If you've reloaded everything then check the settings in your antivirus software too. Some AV products default to do a quick scan at shutdown and this will dramatically increase shutdown time.
