Hi, I can try to help you. Please, let me see some file you use: the data feed file, the symbol you need and in which way it is stated in the globalserver. Remember as rule, the symbol name in metaserver, must be the same you set in globalserver. Let me know.

Hello everyone, I'm trying to load data in TS2000i but having problems, sometimes it shows "no data..." sometimes "waiting for data..." with a black panel instead of a chart. I send the data from Strategy Runner to excel, then to metaserver and from this to globalserver... What a trip! :)...
