hi all

i'm thinking of taking some serviced office space in birmingham city centre. maybe brindley place area.

i'm trying to drum up interest and get an idea of people who would be prepared to make a commitment to sharing the costs.

my idea would be an office with perhaps 6-8 traders depending on demand.

all shove our own computers etc in their to our own specs.

trade and chat and drink together and get out of the house.

in time i have some ideas of perhaps tying up a deal with a leading broker to perhaps carry some cost if we deal through them etc.

this isn't an arcade, it would be your own capital and ideas just a melting pot of traders. hopefully all decent and committed and profitable.

if anyone would be interested, and my guess would be something like £200 per month (not for profit) then let me know.

i'm trying to figure out how viable, if at all, this would be.

thanks for that, email me directly at [email protected] next time you are going to meet and i'll see how i'm fixed, not on t2w much these days.

we are getting close to offices now (end of jan it's looking like) there are 6 potential traders so hoping for 4 or so definates.

any how get in touch.

hi just wanted to keep this current and point anyone in the direction of my new site

any midlands based traders get in touch. aside from the offices i'd like to work on a data base, maybe directory of birmingham based traders. would be good to meet up and swap ideas.

i've recently been helping out a newish trader who wants to take it full time and in returns he's been offering me ongoing support and ideas. i'm sure more of this could be going on.

anyhow anyone interested on any level (not trying to sell courses or anything don't worry!) get in touch.

damn, would have hit the long target now :( Some good news from the IMF has pushed it up I think:

"IMF says UK GDP growth around 1.5% in 2011, rising to 2.5% in medium term; CPI above 4% for most of 2011, near target by end-2012"

Hi Stephen Mcready/All

I'm Birmingham based and would like to know about any developments regarding arcades in Birmingham or surrounding. Please get in touch if anything materialises.
