What do you do when you're in a trade?

On Friday while in a trade I made the most of the playstation network being back up. It was a profitable trade at that on a demo however.

I wonder how I fair on thursday when I go live on a big account. >$25,000.

I have a stop I automate it when to move and take profits, then I go to the bar or look to shag my neighbours wife.

The scene during a trade .................

I'm often reading something. News, books, whatever really. Usually not finance related. The way I see it is once I'm in a trade and my stops are targets are in, there's nothing I can do. Just let it work out and stay disciplined is the key.

Every trade is a hope trade to some extent because edges are temporary. You never know when they break down.

And that's exactly what understanding an edge and what it is/isn't and then the experience of implimenting it profitably over a sample (s) can help to prevent...because these such emotions are potentially desctructive.

As an experienced trader I do not feel that every trade is '...a battle for my life...'
