Yes, that's fine - I think it's great if we can encorage more participation from the industry. He's welcome to add his url to his profile (for the www button) and although advertising per se is not permitted (urls in signatures etc), if he can be helpful by answering members queries, that's obviously welcomed. I'll mention it to the other mods, so they know what to expect.

I have suggested to a representive of a pension company epml that he join and answer queries on a thread I started earler today on SIPPs. He will of course to some degree be selling but I think it will be useful to members to be able to question him on their products.
Hopefully he will be respectful in not spaming or blatently selling. Hope this is all ok
