Always be aware of news releases on any timeframe particularly short term.

Register on commodity board websites and check official news release dates with your underlying, arab beans in this case. I am not aware of a Forexfactory type website for commodities would be really helpful if anyone knew of a single site from which all commodity news was posted with release time etc .. Please chip in if anyone is aware.
