I am currently looking at several market making firms like Optiver, IMC, All Options, Tibra, Liquid...Based on the information on their website, they all seem to offer pretty similar training, benefits etc. I found it hard to find much additional information and was wondering if there are any significant differences in between these companies in terms of reputation, compensation, training & development, career prospects and so on...

I would greatly appreciate if you could share your knowledge and experience!

Thanks for your help!

Well cant say much for it but good luck with Optiver if you pass their numerical tests your a better man than i because it was bloody impossible

Just take a job if you get one with any of them, all the ones you've listed are reputable and it's extremely competitive to get in. Realistically the prospects are all the same because after a few years "doing it right" you can move anywhere you want.

I'm addressing this advice assuming you're not in the industry already, of course...
