Price ranging...WL5 tested again.

US - Session Continued

Price failed to reach ML of red fork implying that there was a strong bullish sentiment in the market. A good entry would have been the test of the red U-MLH line after the move beyond the red fork. Other areas for entries exist that may be more conservative for some traders: just one mentioned here.

Good analysis. I think the eur/usd will revert downwards again throughout the summer. All depends on what the Fed does, if they are going to weaken the dollar again.

I think the most challenging part of analysis is staying objective enough to see what the market is doing. Whatever the Fed does, who whoever else for that matter, the market and price action will speak.

We just have to learn to read the language of price.

Posting a follow-up chart to the last one posted above, this time with a closer view. Price began to fall and ran into a zone of support. Closer view also shows an ML present in that area.

Will see how market performs: whether it can push lower, given the fact that it is still officially in an uptrend.
