Dont mind searching to find out info for you but you have to be more specific.
As now stated in my last two posts to you, I need details, all you can provide. Bear in mind that the details you supply are not sensative in nature, I dont need your bank balance, just what, where, who, when ect. Give me the ISIN number, located on the share certificate. Give me web address of who you spoke with, who contacted who, tell me a story.
The link you have provided goes where you say it shouldn't, what the hell.
Copy and paste the link, putting www before it just throws up loads of searches and does not verify who.
I cannot help you if these are not supplied, read back through some of the other posters on here and you'll see what they have posted in order for me to have helped them.

The site you have posted a link to is the site that aggie's link goes to and is the site aggie say's is not the one. We would need to clarify from aggie to make sure it is that one or not, aggie claims it not to be the one if I'm reading the last three posts correctly, I can only go by what I read. If aggie needs the help then she'll have to be more specific.

You seem not to provide details so I can help you, not sure why. Sometimes not knowing is best and as they say ignorance is bliss.
Are you sure that everything is as well as you say.
All the links posted now are not coming up, 'on-communications' have a big problem, they have a very poor Search Engine Optimisation' (SEO) and are spending huge amounts of money (other peoples money) on trying to get it optimised. This means they do not show up on internet pages suffiently enough to get any business in. As this is their sole business, it is something they should have done BEFORE asking for others money.
Oyster web is now conducting an audit on their website. Are you sure that everything is well, I wouldn't be.
Now, it depends fully on who sold you the shares, where did they come from and who told they where legit and everything is fine? It would advisable and if possible to get out of this position and sell them sooner rather than later. There are many internet providers out there and several that dont need to be audited by oyster web.
I feel the biggest problem is here is that I cannot actually find anything on them whatsoever, surely if a compnay was available to sell it's shares in it's solvent company then why would they not want to be found? Could this be the begining of a next big internet company or the begining of a fresh scam?
If it is a legit company, lets hope it's not a british one, at companies house on-communications is a dormant company with accounts made up to august 2007.

Its me from page 87 again, just to let you know i confronted the phone caller, saying it was a scam, and he was suprised, but of course another 'salesman' phoned up explaining la de la de la, and i said it was a scam, and funny enough i've not heard from them again. Just wanted to thank you all again, and wish i'd known about you a few years ago.

Hi Guys/Girls I live in South africa and a friend of mine has been approached by LAMBERT MC MILLAN in Massachutes with the same story , ALBANY-CAPITAL in Las Vegas is mentioned to need $1000 for legal fees etc. the bank account is in CANADA .
Is there anyway in catching these crooks ? Who could I contact in America to try and put them out of the scammig business. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm unsure of any successful legal structure you can take to bring them to justice as most are in protected countries or places where they are tipped off for a small fee before international authorities can take action. The only real and best method of putting them out of business is to stop paying them money. When people wise up to quick easy bucks from cold callers these people will stop calling and get real jobs. Unfortunately as the saying goes, a fool is born every minute, failing that, a fool and his money are easily parted.
Say you're going to invest, get the bank account number and name etc and then call the Bank and tell them one of their accounts is being used for money laundering and fraud. Also, leave a message with the FBI. Important to tell them that the money that's being paid into the account will be coming from all sorts of different countries. Make the point as well that if they see money coming into the account it will likely be wired out again very quickly, probably to the Far east.
What that will do is put the account on a watch list and they might freeze it with lots of cash inside so the scammers won't be able to get their hands on it.

Once you know they are thieves, wasting as much of their time as possible should be great. Try to get them to send as much details as possible. Say it did not arrive and get it sent again.
When U are wasting their time they cannot be stealing from someone else.
Ask to deliver the money in person. That should worry them.

Bishopsgate Capital seems perfectly legit to me they are FSA registered...
without wanting to offend people who have lost money-if you want to buy shares, use your bank. if somebody wants to sell you something-think why. if it was that good they wouldn't tell anybody and keep it to themselves. it's been said before but if it sounds too good to be true then it is.

I notice also that Itonis and Paco Oil and Gas are not on this list. I have recently been sent from America a rather nice glossy brochure called Investment news which is printed by Merritt House Publishing Inc. On page 16& 17 there is a big spread on paco oil and gas inc. Also a letter came with this brochure saying 'Dear shareholder' I am convinced I have been scammed but do have a share certificate which is probably bogus. I have written to paco to clarify but heard nothing yet. Does anyone kow how a share certificate can be authenticated without sending of the original document.

They are.
Thats it.
You have two options:
1) Spend some time researching your chosen investment
or
2) Buy some and find out.

There appear to be 2 companies using that name in Zug - or one with two addresses. The website swissmanagementconsulting.com doesn't appear to work. One of the addresses is registered to a building that I visit twice a week. Give me some more specific details and I'd be happy to drop in and visit,

Hello Ken My husband & I too have Ats shares and was wondering if you have heard anything more from them. My e-mails to all their e-mail address's are being returned states inbox too full, telephone is the same just takes you around in circles to several menus. Never get an answer. I have also read on several threads on T2W that they are a boiler room scam. Please let me know it you have had any luck with them since your letter from Becketts. I have got share certificates since Jan 2006, but who knows if their are worth anything. Thank you Ken Scorpio11
