How about: they're trying to Reduce volatility and we close near unchanged on ftse dax dow.

Vix now its at 15.

Its getting near to the Thur / Fri before expiry. Got to steal the pennies from those options buyers.

Looks at the chart, how powerful congestion building up... it can't go straight up.

This congestion will take time.... now as far as day trading is concern, some strategy will fail and some get through....
