In the very liquid stocks, this doesn't happen so much, the big caps but still occasionally it can mess up all your calculated risk on stop losses.     It's very expensive, just sign up for the trial. Secondly, you can learn a lot from the letter just about how to guage what is going on in the world but don;t even think about taking his trades, he is not a very good trader as evidenced by his fund, which doesn;t perform very well.
