I have never used MT4 so I can't help you with that. I use ProRealTime.

They're all Eur/Usd 70 tick charts.

RB = range break ARB = advanced range break IRB = inside range break

I do not think a non-trader could write that well about trading. BV goes into more detail and talks about more subtleties pertaining to the markets than any trading book I've read.

No the charts in the book are not available to download. That being said excerpts from the book can be downloaded from: www.upabook.wordpress.com If I remember correctly you can get some charts that way but certainly not all of them.
