Hi Pentlow, I had a good day i suppose but need to sort out when i exit and take profit etc. I shorted the dow yesterday from 10317 and although was up 60 pnts or so but i didnt close the position and ended up being stopped out at 10301! :thumbsdow I also shorted RIO for +20p but see I could...

Ok..update. I lowered my SL to secure some profit (hurray) and i have now been stopped out (boo) so the markets should now tank! I thankyou! :p

In all seriousness, as trading is personal as we are all emotionally different and all have different strategies, only you can answer that question. For some it may be when they are emotionally low due to personal factors (or hungover), or on major news days when they cannot read the markets...
