Hi Vit
I understand your reasons for going to Futuresbetting and I have to say that they do look a bit more professional since being taken over. I am perhaps just a little over cautious particularly about Gibraltar.
I would be interested to hear of your experiences with them when you are set...
Hi vit007
A word of warning about futuresbetting they are based in Gibraltar (a tax haven) to get around UK tax rules, so they are a totally unregulated company. A while ago they closed their trading because a big player did not pay on a margin call, they were back up within a few days but to...
Hi All
Average volume in these volatile type markets is probably difficult to define, volume is low at the moment because it’s the new year and the employment numbers are due out on Friday (expect some big swings at that time).
Historically stock markets tend to be volatile in the winter...
Hi Pipen
Are you experienced with spread betters ?
They are not the best option for daytrading, they have their own market and only track the futures i.e. they’re not the “true” market. Except for futures betting.com who are based in the tax haven of Gibraltar to get around the betting rules...
Hi vit007

Anyway didn't trade on YM today as a rollover day, FTSE had a glorious day though up 210 points that's £2100 or nearly $3000. :)
FTSE rollover doesn't happen until expiry day next week.
See...
Hi All
With the daily range on the YM at around 600 points and the VIX at 80 odd, I believe this is the time to stay out of the indices. The Dow’s 30 company components are being pulled all over the place and anything can happen intraday. There is talk of the Dow going to 5500, if that happens...
Hi Bashir
I would just like to thank you for pointing me in the direction of Infinity and Sierra Charts, I’ve just signed up with them both and all looks good so far.
Might take me a while to get my head around Sierra though !
Infinity seems to make my old GF Global account with Strategy...
