Yes, I've removed them all for now - things were getting out of hand and the mods were spending a disproportionate amount of time moderating them. So until I can establish what is going on, there in limbo. Suffice to say, I have contacted the various people involved and will do my best to come to a speedy resolution as soon as I receive back their responses.

FC, that is a shame, I was also looking forward to the thread that started discussing the 100pip b/o on BP. That could be OK surely? I wish everybody who was getting on JT's back would stop thinking that they somehow need to "protect" people and instead discuss what we are on here for, it's getting very childish. Of course if JT could stop winding people up about getting in the lawyers it may help. I would suggest a ban on anybody who spouts on about this b/s anymore.
Frankly if you cannot discuss how to build an FX system on this board then there are serious problems.

I for one gladly welcome lawful discussion of trading systems both commerical and free here. Indeed I beleive I have personally instigated and added greatly to such discussions.
However sadly others appeared not to and I strongly suspect the old chesnut 'Multiple Nicks' raised its ugly head.
It is only right and proper that I as a Director of Spotontrading Limited take necessary action/s to protect commercial interests. I certainly did not enjoy taking legal advice and threatening with Solicitors.
May I also add that Trade2Win have not been in contact with me.

Like you, my other half has a membership registration, but never uses it. I have two as well, one for the ISP at work, one for the ISPO at home, but they are both Chartman.I do have another one, that I used for seting up PalTalk chat room tests in the old days.Damned if I can remember what it is though.Maybe someone can help me out.... :cheesy:
