UK users of Ninja Trader

Hi All,

I am trying to setup ninja trader. I trade mianly in UK market. I am strugling to find data feed which can provide me real time UK indices and stocks both daily and intraday.

Is anyone from UK using ninja trader? please could you help me?

I use it for Forex and Index Futures.

I think it is designed for futures and not stocks.

Think if it works for futures then can be used for stocks as well! how does it makes difference for stocks? any idea.

What you feel about NT as compared with others? any feedback pls?

These are all the brokers Ninja partners with:
Online Trading. NINJATRADER. Brokerage Partners.
Think they are all futures brokers.

They have a very good forum at NinjaTrader Support Forum

I have had a few problems but I am still using them so must being doing something right, and its very cheap.
Trying to learn C# to make the most of there platform.

What you want to mainly use it for?

I am now mainly concentrating in spreadbet, however spreadbet platforms are not powerful. what I am trying to do is looking into real stock, currency and indices price (UK stocks and indices) and trading spreadbet.

I am also looking for good backtesting platform where I can test my plans.

I am also looking for platform which can provide me market breath/sentiments indicators like put/call ratio, TICK etc, which spreadbet platform does not provide.

Currently using IG but backtesting is not so powerful.

Any suggestion? do you think NT can give me all of these?
