mt4 frustration

can you tell me how to code an expert advisor to simply buy/sell when it is at a certain level (eg above bollinger band/ ma/ atr channel) and buy beneath.
It seems incredibly complicated to just get it to buy or sell

If only it was something like IF PRICE> MA10 & MA50 THEN BUY.
