Shik moves from min to hrs

Hi I am a magnificent trader who knows how to lose money slowly. Well maybe not magnificent. I've been trading 3 years now but I still cant seem to maintain an online journal for more than a month. So, here i go again.

Technique:
4 hour chart
I draw a trend line (TL) connecting 2 lows or two highs and attempt to take an entry the third time the line is touched.

specific entry Long : break of the first candle (5 min time frame shhhhhh) after the TL that has a higher high and higher low than the previous candle. (reverse for shorts)

Money management:
Take off 1/2 position when profit = risk
Go to sleep

Stops and targets:
Stop below the last high or low before entry (20 or so pts) greater than 40 pray 4 retrace
Target 120 or the closest SR 100 to 120 pts away

Time spent trading this way, 2 weeks and counting. How i traded b4? 1 min charts. Why am i writing this? stupid gbp turned around. When's the next post? when i get another entry. Why I still trade? I'm an addict, it feels right, dont wanna do nething else, it's step one of the master plan, i do not yet concede defeat, it's a whole lot of fun, cant think of a better job/proffession, I want to get lazy and fat, well fatter.

GBP/USD entries.

Here we can c the main reason y i am yet to keep a journal more than a few pages (2 losers to start him off). If my English teachers could see me now. "smh. lol i did it again"

Entering on the 4 hour, but exiting on the 5 min? Or is that where your stops where? Also, was USDJPY a loser? Looks like it worked out ok from when you entered.

the USD JPY still open with full position (was away from pc) doing poorly now.
I put the 5 min chart up since i wanted to show where the entry point and stop were (previous low).

the jpy ended up losing. i didn't trade on Friday due to NFP. journal alive after 1 week. hooray!!

gbp/usd last night

wasn't too sure about this entry but what do I know?
I couldn't cut 1/2 when it got to BE since i was asleep so it's a full win.
I needed that after last week. 120 pip win:clap::clap:

lost 22 pips on GBP USD
I was also long AUD and still am so I'm hoping a bit. 1/2 risk should be off but it isn't since I stepped away. will post a chart when it's closed.

It's been a long day! I cut 1/2 finally and i'm still hoping for a positive outcome.

come on ppl root for this trade. If it goes up I'll also be closing in on the top 3 in this weeks T2W competition. lol

LOL. Wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy, I just opened my platform and taught aa, better than expected, 40 pips up. 1 sip of tea and i nearly swallow my tongue. nothing to do but watch. lol. net evens on that trade. lol.

I know y it happened tho, it's vengance for that gbp trade on monday

hmm, now I cant win T2W comp this week
still cant help but laugh.
i swear, I put out my hand to catch it

oh and on another note, that's the fastest i ever lost 70 pts on a trade in my trading career (and i used to try to scalp non farm payrolls).

Well no trades today as i took the decision not to go long on the EUR USD. I don't expect to have any trades tomorrow as I don't have any actionable lines. Actually E/U still in play kinda.

It's monday morning and I'm short the ranging aud/usd. I dont like this pair cause it hasn't given me a profitable exit yet. just a bunch of losses, break evens and almosts. I made a mistake today and took the entry off of the 15 min timeframe so my apologies. One good thing though, I'm still treating the 1 min chart like poison.

I'm trying to short AUD/ USD again. I wonder when i'll see the light at the end of the tunnel.

AUD USD

well I am fed up of not getting my just deserts on this pair so this time I cut half and moved my stop to BE. That means that this pair has paid for one of its losers

Oh also I closed 1/2 at 2 times risk on this trade. I feel like a newbie all over again. :whistling

that AUD/USD knocked me off hovered a little then ran off like a "i cant say it here" leaving me to say I knew it! oh well, "wah u go do", that's trading for you. On another note, today was a lucky day off as E/U and G/U would have recorded a loss each for me.

NZD/USD

the only line i had today after that crazy fall yesterday. I cut half at 2 to one and moved to break even again. at least I locked in some profit. Not sure if this is good or bad, but too many times I have had 80, 60, and 40 points and ended up with BE. (8 times)

I know I said I'd go to sleep after BE, but I just woke up. wonder what's new on the tube

I appologize. I tried to cheat by trailing last night instead of sleeping. I saw the market get to within 4 pips of my target so i tried to lock in some funds. I moved the stop to 0.8037 (50 pips locked in). I waited and my eyes turned red. the market retraced and i got stopped out. I was happy, I went to sleep and now find that the market reached my target. Still made better than 2 to one on that trade so still smiling
