Kibo mining

If I had to guess I'd say youve been cold called by a 'broker' who has tried to sell you shares in Kibo Mining, or worse still you already have bought shares. Am I right?
 
Well hopefully you havnt sent them any money yet. I could say with 99.9% certainty that this is going to be a scam. Can you post the name of the 'brokerage' that called you, then we'll know for sure.

You should read the 'boiler room scams' and 'Royal Petroleum' threads here on T2W, they will give you numerous examples of people who bought shares under exactly the same circumstances and who lost their money.
 
Thanks for that I will steer clear, I have had a look at the boiler room scams section some of the stories are bloody awful, the broker by the way is Alexander David the guy was talking about some share placing???? they did in a company called nostra terra at about quarter of a penny

Alexander David is the guys name or the name of the company he works for?
 
Tbh, quick perusal of that site and fsa register would suggest that the firm was pretty kosher
 
I saw they were registered but cold calling selling pre IPO shares has all the hallmarks of a boiler room scam. I've heard of boiler rooms using the names of genuine brokers before so who knows.
