ETFS with IG Index

Hi,

I recently began spread betting ETFS commodities on IG Index. Today, I've been working from home and just checked ETFS Softs to find that the spread was around eighty ticks. This has subsequently corrected but I wanted to know if anybody who trades ETFS with IG has been stopped out as a result of these extreme spreads or whether it's just a blip in their system.
