Who trades E-Mini round here

I've got some questions on S&P500 index futures and about how and who the market is used by. I'm trying to get a better understanding of how it moves the way it does and who participates in this market.

Anybody up for answering a PM instead of filling general with this stuff? Obviously don't want to put anything trading related in here, god forbid.
