I have been trading the e-mini S&P for about 7months now with mixed results. I am now devoting more time in refining my trading plan and journal as this is where i think i am most lacking i.e my psychology
However i am also interested to know from anyone who is trading the S&P (intraday) in what sort of daily analysis do you do? Basically before the market opens, what do you look at in terms of news (any good sites), what charts you study (overnight moves? etc etc and i use eSignal ) and anything else that you use to make your decision as to how you will trade this day.
