Depends what you mean by safe? It's unlikely to go below $2, but then it's unlikely to stay above $2....

Sell at any price above $2. that deal will go thru. Noticed how the major shareholders (incl that Lewis character) arn't spitting blood? . . . thay will have been contacted privately, and been given some sort of quid pro quo for their aquiescence. (serious)

I've got a fundamental report on BSC and it claims it has no substantial value at all, real stock value is zero!

you won't believe how many companies are essentially bankrupted
this doesn't mean fast decline but rather a very very risky technical uptrend...

if you are thinking long term buy and hold, forget it, these stocks are never too low so they can't go lower, there's always lower...:!:
