Alessio Rastani on BBC

I ain't heard of him - I tweeted him (and I never use twitter, but it was the only thing I could think of) asking what the **** he was doing, but no response.

My first reaction on seeing the interview, given his mix of vague trading ideas and sociopathic inability to at least pretend to care (but mostly the former - after all what do we care - he speaks the truth :LOL:) was that he was from something like the yes men... but apparently he isn't...

I see from his Twitter account he is a mentor and keynote speaker, so maybe this was a thinly veiled attempt to drum up some business.

(seriously, how has zerohedge gained such credibility? it ain't credible! I've never seen it be credible! It's a joke!)
 
Reminds me of that rapture priest except he probably speaks some truth. Who doesn't dream of another recession?
 
In a sense though what he said had some truth and that is that as traders we actually love volatility and events that cause such !
 
I like how I signed in to read this thread and there is an ad for the Russian Alpari brokerage on the top right (for me, at least)... ha, I can't believe they're targeting U.S. clients now... are they outta their minds? Which normal U.S. client would ever chose a Russian broker in their sane mind?
