Anyone heard of Divento Financials LTD?

Hello, guys,
Just wondered if anyone heard of Divento Financials LTD? Where did they come from/ what was it formerly called? There is no sign of them on Internet not saying about if it is registered with FSA and so on.
Anyone?

How long has their website been in existance? If less than 1-2 years be very careful. Check here when it was first registered - Whois lookup and Domain name search

Also, ask them who their auditor is (say your financial advisor now insists you ask for this information), if they balk then that's a massive red flag.

They're a group of locals based in Elite Derivatives :: Home Page who are looking to train up a few guys and have them trade their capital.

Well, if they're locals they might be ok. I thought you were asking because they were a suspect boiler room operation.

Not yet. I applied twice, didn't get neither negative nor positive response yet. My gut feeling is that they are of italian origin. Can't find their website, anything. Seems like they don't have their physical presence just rent a room at tower trading building ( or whatever it is called).
