Regulation S share scam

Hello,

I think I've been scammed by a triage of bogus organisations calling themselves:

Blue Hill Capital Venture (Blue Hill Capital Venture) - The buyer of my shares
Foreign Regulatory Board (Foreign Regulatory Board) - The regulator
ZRG Holdings Ltd. - My agent

Blue Hill Capital Venture Company claimed to have a client wanting to buy my defunct Regulation S 144 restricted shares in order to complete some kind of takeover and liquidation deal. They offered me crazy money for the shares (too good to be true really).

The Foreign Regulatory Board was alegedly the regulator in all this and were managing the lifting of the restrictions for a given fee per share and they appointed a transfer agent for me ZRG Holdings Ltd. to lift the restrictions.

ZRG Holdings are the ones who ended up with my money although the wire transfer was through Blue Hill Capital Venture Company.

Blue Hill and Foreign Regulatory Board bot have credible looking web-sites (at first glance). Has anyone ever heard of these companies in relation to scams? How can they be stopped?

Oh you've got me scared!!

I have an pending transaction with another company which the regulator is also Foreign Regulatory Board!

My shares are in Amerossi EC Inc., that is ongoing right now.

This is my second time dealing with the same company, and I was paid the first time and that's why I went thru all this trouble again.

But with what you said, I think I have to be more careful.

What happened to you? Why do you think it's a scam?

I heard a lot of those scams, and I really hope this won't happen to me.

Good luck,
Jack

BIll Lichtensteiger,

You're right, this is a well known scam. The only wat we can truely stop these people is to stop sending it to them. If the FBI, CIA, MI5, MI6 and world governing bodies cannot stop these crooks then I doubt a lawyer from england operating in the international community at £500 per hour can. Come on guys, its not worth any more hassle, have a shout and get back to what you were doing.

jsmith65x,

Be very worried, it a true set up you got there.

Tell me, the money that they have paid back to you already, is it more than the original investment?, in other words, are you up on your total investment with these guys? And I mean in net total and liquid, not paper. I bet you not.

Mate, Amerossi EC Inc, is a shell company that is only worth what you have paid for the shares, they will continue to operate paying themsleves wages on your money until it runs out, they then simply rap up the company and start again.

Just to add insult to injury, wake up you stupid tw4t, do your home work and stop paying these scammers wages. Everytime you pay them it allows them to continue scamming others.

WAKE UP PAL. Its time to go to work.

Do your due diligence.

Heres a little snip bit that I will post for your perusal, I'll leave the rest of the research in your money filled hands (at the moment).

Stockpatrol: Amerossi EC, Inc. and Amerossi International Group, Inc. - Separated Before Birth

oh, and cancel the pending transaction immediately until you know further what your doing, in fact, cancel it indefinately.

You have been scammed.

im not paid with Amerossi yet but with the former transaction, I had to wait because there were delays but i was paid real money.

But with what you wrote about Amerossi, I will definitely research this one.

thanks

Sorry if this sounds a bit harsh but why do people part with substantial amounts of money for things they know nothing of?

Sorry to be harsh but why do people fall for a second scam when they've already fallen for it the first time?

C'mom people, realise that you're a target and will keep losing money to these crooks as long as you continue to believe people that cold call you and never bother to fully check out.

It you had taken just 2 minutes, even asking a simple question here beforehand, then you would have quickly found out that you were being setup.

So you all want to stop these crooks, it's easy - Stop believing people that you don't know who offer you unbelievable profit making opportunities. It's not hard if you don't let your emotions get in the way.

As for the money that's been lost there's little you can do, put it down to yet more experience and please try and learn from these mistakes otherwise more money will be stolen from you.

foreign regulatory board

Check out the address of the foreign regulatory board Foreign Regulatory Board on googlemaps and see what you think? Looks like a grocer's store or something. Also do you always get the same woman (J K) answering the phone who seems to know your case? Did your first trade involve the same frb?

Cheers,

Bill

I am trying to research a company that phoned me offering to buy some shares.
Has anyone come across BOULTON CAPITAL PARTNERS based in Montreal?
Is 1000 de la Gauchetiere Street West 24th floor a real address in Montreal?

Don't buy anything.

i) They cold called you
ii) They're apparently in Canada (although number could ring anywhere), you're in the UK. Why are they targetting you?
iii) Office address is a Regus office. Short-term let so they can pack up overnight.
iv) Their domain name was registered on 29th August 2008.
v) Their website is cheap. it has no functionality - basically just a billboard.

100% scam. Send any money and you won't see it again.

All these 'companies' that offer to sell regulation S stocks are scams.

If anyone has already bought Reg s stocks you've been scammed so please don't fall for another scam.

As for Boulton Capital Partners you just know it's a scam.

1) Look at the website, talks a lot about nothing, plenty of corporate crap 'we're here to help you build your portfolio etc'
2) No information on who is behind the company
3) The name, always a good giveaway
4) but the real evidence comes from the domain name, or rather when it was first registered - Boultoncp.com - Boulton cp about 3 weeks ago!

Be on your guard everyone because the same scammers who stole your money the first time are the same people who'll call you offering a big money way out of the mess.

And why will they call you? simple, because people who fell for the scam the first time are much more likely to fall for another scam, plus of course they're desperate to make their losses back.

You've all been warned...........

I had the same call today from Boulton Capital Partners, along with an agreement to sign . It looks like you have to front up a load of cash for a 'stock legend registration amount' ($8,700) , this is then refunded afterwards as not a U.S resident . The share they after in my case are my crap medgen holdings which I bought some years ago through a dodgey broker in germany. They offering $1.98 a share when they seem to be worthless. The paperwork is called a 'U.S PRIVATE STOCK AGREEMENT ' and includes a Shedule to sign with some very attractive figures on it. Sounds too good to be true!!!

Get the bank details and then call the bank up saying this account is being run by fraudsters who are laundering money. Good chance that the account will be frozen while they look at it and the scammers wonj't be able to touch their stolen cash.

Hi I have been contacted on numerous occasions over the last two weeks by this company (BOULTTON CAPITAL PARTNERS) offering to buy my shares in atlantic wine. The offer is to good to be true and I am convinced this is a scam. I was very tempted by the rewards but finally managed to get out of the bloke that I would have to pay de -regulatory fees of $7200 upfront. It took a lot to get this information from him and he was very keen for me to sign the purchase agreement and email it back to him as soon as possible. I read the terms and conditions over and over and was very wary of various clauses.
I do not believe this is genuine. I even contacted the financial regulators in canada and they strongly advised me to ignore this offer.

I too have been approached by BOULTONCP, a John KILHAM requesting for me to register and have my ``worthless`` s-shares de-restricted.He sounds very plausable and seems to have all the answers. It appears I have gained many more shares than I thought I had, making them worth about 20 times their original purchase price.I think I`ll stick to my original losses unless someone can convince me otherwise.

I also received a call last week, mid Sept-08 from a guy that calls himself Trent solomon, he gave the address as he have but when I googled it the ph number he gave is different.
When I questioned him he referred me to the International Mergers and Acquisitions Commission in Tokyo. In March 2005 I stupidly bought Australian Forest Industry (AUFI).
I have sent a query to this Commission.
Anyway, this guy says the there's going to be an acquisition of AUFI and that my shares have multiplied by 10 and each is worth 4$, but I must pay US securities 6000$ to release them, so is this a scam or what??

Thanks - I just logged my query and I see from the discussions that this is a scam, my AUFI shares are worthless, once bitten forever shy, Mark

Mark, of course it's a scam you should have realised this as a stranger calls you up saying offering you the chance to make big money. Sounds faimilar, yes it is because you fell for a very similar scam the first time.

Also, the stupid "International Mergers and Acquisitions Commission" in Toyko is 100% scam. The domain name was only bought 6 weeks ago - Intmac.org - I Nt Mac

This is the important point everyone -

If you have paid money to stangers who have cold called you offering easy profits then ANYONE that calls you in the future in realtion to the worthless shares you've bought is just another scammer and thief.

Py money to them and you only have yourselves to blame................
