How is this applicable to trading?


I mean, its not like i can go to CMC, Oanda, etc. and cash my notes in/exchange currencies, thus getting a better deal than at the PO, thomas cook, tesco etc..........is it???

You can buy at Tesco and sell later at Tesco. Just have to be a little more patient.
