WestLB fired 100 analysts and dealers yesterday.
Apparently 20,000 jobs have been lost from the City's 400,000 workforce since 2000 - so you might not be able to pick and choose who you work for!

It depends which role (and which location) you get - if you havent worked for a German bank (especially if its state owned as well) you can be in for some fun !

Having worked for 2 German banks in london, not sure "fun" is the adjective I would have used..!!
