The USA is in no position to lecture others on human rights abuses. Their record on racial abuse is very poor. Large strides have been made in recent years but there are still lone wolf attacks which are unforgivable.
Their crapitalist ideology keeps the poor down while over enriching the wealthy, like a banana republic.
In the view that crapitalism puts a price on everything including human life,I see the Al Quaeda leader killed recently in a drone strike had a price on his head of $7m. This only encourages assassins surely and when others adopt the same policy the world becomes a place ruled by fear not principal.
