Why do Oil futures prices move between 7 and 8pm every evening?

Every evening I've noticed a high volume move between 7pm and 8pm London time. Anyone know why it happens?

Thats the case for any market , the beginning of the session and the close .

Yes, it's better not to open any positions during that time because of the high volatility and chaos.
