Who are Positive Eqity and what is their trader training program?

Hi Guys,

Was wondering if anyone could answer the following questions about Positiv Equity (Dublin):

1) What does their trainee trader program entail?
2) I e-mailed their HR department (hrdept@positive.ie) asking them will I have to pay any of the training myself or my own funds and about what they said before on T2W here- http://www.trade2win.com/boards/trading-firm/51846-positive-equity-dublin.html with no reply! Anyone have an idea about it?
