Which Charting Software?

Newbie question:

Can someone suggest a decent charting software package for the Forex markets that has a fixed range bar tool (i.e. time is no not plotted on the x-axis - a new bar is formed every time a certain range is exceeded). It should also be easily customisable - for example I would like to colour the bars differently when the MACD goes above/below the signal line and also add some kind of indicator to the bars when the RSI goes over 70 or under 30. Can "e-signal" do all this?

Does no one use range bars? In theory I can't see why you wouldn't?!

surely a point and figure chart will do the job for a fixed range
