Where to get EA written for my trading system

I have been using a trading system with quite a success and it has very simple rules. I was wondering where can I get the expert advisor written for this system. I don't mind paying to someone writing the EA for me. Please guide me.
Also, is there any server where I get the EA hosted so that it works even if computer at my end is off.
Please help. I am a very poor programmer so please don't suggest me to write it myself.
