Whats best for Pairs Trading, alternative to IB

We are looking for an alternative to IB with similar low rates for European Equities.
We are trading Pairs (equity-spread trade )

what rates are you paying thru IB? Last time I looked at them for their European comms, they did not look cheap to me.

Incidently, what sort of pairs trading are you doing? Mean reversion I guess? Intraday or multi-day?

Its not their rates I am after, its their lack of customer service I dont like.....

I am looking for a broker that has a trading platform that allows pairs trading for ETF's, where the pairs-trade can be placed as one order.
I know that IB has this facility, via their Combo trader, but a short and bad experience with them has forced me to look for an alternative.
