The development of money market in the Euro area or the Euro money market made its inception with very low rates of interest. The Euro money market is the financial markets of Europe, especially London. That would include banking, stocks, bonds, and foreign exchange trading.

The development of money market in the Euro area or the Euro money market made its inception with very low rates of interest. When we focus on the structure of the Euro Money market we observe that the money market is less concentrated over the past years. The money market segments that are highly condensed are the forward rate agreement, other interest rate agreement and the cross currency swap segments. The Euro money market products are short term deposits, repos, EONIA swaps and FX swaps. There is an increase in the liquidity in these money market instruments that is projected by the thinning in the bid-offer spread.

In my point of view currency deposited by national governments or corporations in banks outside their home market. This applies to any currency and to banks in any country.Euro money market is the money market for borrowing or lending currencies that are in the form of deposits in an international bank and is used to execute domestic transaction.

From investopedia - not perfect but good enough for the OP to get the idea. So the question is, did the op refer to Euro Bonds, or Eurobonds?

"The definition of the eurobond market can be confusing because of its name. Although the euro is the currency used by participating European Union countries, eurobonds refer neither to the European currency nor to a European bond market. A eurobond instead refers to any bond that is denominated in a currency other than that of the country in which it is issued. Bonds in the eurobond market are categorized according to the currency in which they are denominated. As an example, a eurobond denominated in Japanese yen but issued in the U.S. would be classified as a euroyen bond."

Hope that helps, although I have a suspicion that answering the question isn't really the point of this thread.
