here is wat i want 4 xmas. I have to be explicit because otherwise people buy what they *think* i'd want and i end up goin and buying think i originally asked for in 1st place.

so it's more like "I'm going t buy these for myself anyway, but you can get them for christmas for me if you want to. Just don't try and buy a substitute, because I won't like it and it will be a waste of money" list.
