What chart program will step through historical data?

I've got historical intraday OHLC data in .csv files. Does anyone know of a free (not limited trial) program that will draw the charts, simulating a real time display by drawing one new bar every minute, or 5 minutes, or whatever the interval is?

Probably Excel with a bit of coding.
But it's only free if you already have it

That was my first thought. Excel can draw an (ugly) bar chart but you have to manually click + drag the source data field down to move it on to the next bar. I actually tried that for a few hours and got thoroughly sick of it! My second thought was to write a program myself to do what I want but it would take time I'd rather spend in other ways, hence looking for an existing solution.
