They have really done up the place wonderfully well. Grounds have all been laid with new plants - a spectacle to the eye seeing all different colours sprightly jostling dancing to the music
Council gardeners working some nifty magic to make the place look like paradise. I have even seen two workers today removing graffiti from some green boards. Then I noticed hey no graffiti anywhere.
Real gem of a place. Anyone in London - well worth a visit to Victoria Park.
PS. There is also the Bethnal Green Children's Toy museum just a short walk away which is a place we've visited many a times and highly recommended. Grown ups can recognise toys they've grown up with too - a real blast from the past.
