Just playing around on a free trial mode of a brokerage site. Does stop price mean if the price reaches 426.75 you want the stock to be sold? What does the limit price mean? Thanks, Chris

I am relative new to the stock market game but have traded crypto for 2 years. Its totally different but the technicals and fundamentals are the same. Crypto is like trading penny stocks...very volitile. I am no expert but the stop price as I understand it is the price that triggers your bid.....the limit is the most you are willing to pay for the stock! Limit price is always higher than the stop pricxe!
