I stand corrected. IG do offer it but the spread seems a bit wide. The IG market for the USDKRW is somthing like 111565 at 112148 which is nearly three times the typical spread of 200.

Are there any ECNs that trade the USDKRW?

IG's typical spread is 200 and the minimum 100 , maybe you should double check during the Asian session .
