TS Corporate Account Application

I'm trying to open a corporate account with TS at the moment - I am the 100% shareholder of a UK company. After submitting the forms for futures account and equities account, they have asked me for a document that proves the shareholding structure of my company. To my knowledge the only document showing this is the Annual Return that i file with the UK companies office each year.

Has anyone else had experience in dealing with this issue? Is there some other documentation that I am not aware of?
