TS 2000i Intraday Volume not show up

I was wondering if any of you have play around with intraday settings. I tried some of my intraday combinations and couldn't get the volume to show up. The intraday volume was imported into Global Server, please see the attached "No Volume.bmp" file.

Any help would greatly appreciated. Thanks.

There is no attachment ? You can display intra-day volume though so in what format have you imported data ?
