Don't buy when it's high or sell when it's low! Unless you're 110% certain of the outcome, of course.

I think binaries are best left to people who can already trade well.

They're glorified lotto scatch cards for gamblers who have short attention spans and no discipline IMHO.

It's certainly a great product for attracting gamblers who are used to a start, end and fix win/loss amount into the world of trading. It can, however, be used effectively if you already are good at trading.
